Computer-controlled CNC routers assure trailer components and trim are cut to exacting tolerances. This is how we achieve tighter fits.

The floors and sidewalls are precision jig-built with interlocking extrusions and huck fasteners that guarantee a straighter, stronger trailer. No more messy, exposed welds.

Sidewalls are hoisted in place after a production process that assures precision and straightness. Exterior is .050 fastenerless smooth aluminum.

Thick extrusions, smart wiring harnesses, an integrated body design and details like 96" ramp door opening only begin to describe the Optima differences.
